Be healthy, my friend!

Hello kids! During these weeks we are going to work the importance of Health in P.E. So, what do you know about first aid? what do we have to do in case we have an accident at school? Do you eat well? Do you practice sport 4 times per week? Moreover, the health is related with four main aspects we will work:

1. Healthy food. This is related with the Food Pyramid. Let's see it.




2. Physical activity. We must do exercise 3-4 times per week or 30 minutes each day.


3. First aid. It is really important to save lifes!






4. Hygiene. Once finished the activity, we have to change our clothes. In addition, we have to clean ourselves everyday.
