Warm-up!

Hi there! 

During this month we have learned the importance of the warm-up in P.E. classes and also de main parts of the body. Here I show you a picture with the main parts because you will have to manage the warm-up.


Remember that the order is: 
Ankle (tobillo), the other ankle.
Knees (rodilla), open knees.
Hip (cadera) 
Arms forward/backward 
Wrist (muñeca) 
Neck (cuello) saying yes and no
